Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

We ship all orders through Bosta, our official delivery partner in Egypt.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and Bosta’s service availability in each area.


1) Order Processing

  • Orders take 1–2 business days to be prepared before being handed over to Bosta.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM are processed the next business day.


2) Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the customer’s governorate and Bosta’s delivery schedule.
After the order is handed to Bosta, delivery typically falls within a standard time window, but may vary.

  • Delivery estimates are provided by Bosta once the shipment is created.

  • Actual delivery time may be shorter or longer depending on location, traffic, and seasonal load.

We do not guarantee an exact delivery date. All timeframes provided are estimates.


3) Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, Bosta will send you an SMS containing your tracking number.

  • You can track your shipment live through Bosta’s tracking page using the link in the SMS.


4) Delivery Attempts

  • Bosta makes multiple delivery attempts on different days.

  • If the courier cannot reach you, the shipment will be returned to us.


5) Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

If the shipment is returned due to:

  • Wrong address

  • No response

  • Refusal to receive

The customer will be responsible for both delivery and return shipping fees.


6) Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees vary based on the governorate and the shipment weight.

  • The exact shipping cost will appear on the checkout page before payment.


7) Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.

  • A video of the unboxing is required to process a claim.


8) Address Changes

  • If you need to update your address, it must be done before the order is handed over to Bosta.
